•Saving you time by doing the running around for you: managing, coordinating and supervising trades people in your home, pick up and drop off dry cleaning & alterations, errand running, gift shopping & wrapping, ticket and restaurant bookings, organising your photo album/collections, arranging drop-off of your old clothes to charity bins.
•Personal organiser: reorganising, de-cluttering and storage solutions for your home office/study, kids bedrooms, kitchen, lounge room or garage.
•Parties & functions: venue research/hire, audio-visual requirements, catering arrangements, decorations, balloon deliveries, equipment hire, invitation preparation and thank you letters & mail-outs.
•Assistance for the elderly: picking up prescriptions, delivering meals and/or taking care of their weekly shopping.
•Going on holidays: holiday destination and accommodation research & bookings, car hire, transfers, sight-seeing, and taking care of your home requirements while you are away (watering plants, taking out rubbish, collecting mail, feeding pets and restocking fridge & pantry for your return).
•Professional service arrangements: managing, researching and arranging your requirements for - cleaners, ironing services, pool cleaners, gardeners, landscapers, renovation specialists and rubbish removal.
•Credit Card Statement & payments: If you’re in need of a private address for your credit card statements and or payments, we can assist you. Please speak with our friendly consultants to make these arrangements.
•Children: researching afterschool care activities, holiday programs, nanny, babysitting and nappy services. Our friendly consultants can even arrange afterschool pickups for your children and take them home safely, or drop them off to an afterschool activity or sport.
•Pet Care: arranging to feed pets while away, deliver pets to and from vet or grooming service.
•Car: arranging car services, detailing, washing, tyres, repairs/maintenance and registration renewals.
•Furniture & deliveries: assist with new purchases for your home including supervising deliveries, installation and arranging to have your old furniture removed.
•Relocation / Moving: assisting with research to shortlist your new home requirements (including researching area, schools, & services), arranging removalist services, packing boxes and unpacking if moving within the ACT region, arranging cleaner, rubbish removal, gardener, window washing.
•Gourmet hampers & wine: made to order with your favourite local selection of food & drinks, local deliveries to you, your guest, friends, colleagues or family.
•Christmas gift shopping: if you’re one of those people who usually leave purchasing their Christmas gifts to the last minute – we can help. Provide us with a shopping list, or we can make some suggestions if you’re really stuck for ideas.
•Mystery shopping & reporting: are your staff meeting your customer’s expectations and providing the service you expect? Let us provide you with a birds-eye-view of how your staff meet clients expectations.
•Staff rewards & recognition: reward your employees with a gift certificate to use our services to assist them with managing their time, or let us arrange a gift/gourmet hamper as a personal thank you for their hard work from you.
•Specialised Service Packages: Moving House; organising your home office/study; organising the kids bedroom/play room/teenagers room; organising the nursery & child-proofing the home; bedroom makeovers; organising the garage; organising your hobby room.

Hourly Rate: $70 per hour (GST exclusive) - Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm AEST.

Bulk Rates – Purchased in bulk as below (GST exclusive). Hours remain in credit for 12 months from purchase date (with the exception of cancellations for services received with less than 24 hours notice). Other promotional discounts will be subject for use within a specified timeframe.
$130 – 2 hours (save $10) $1,920 – 30 hours (save $180)
$320 – 5 hours (save $30) $3,150 – 50 hours (save $350)
